Jan. 12th Meetings at the Museum

The Heritage Museum was very busy place on Saturday January 12Th. In addition to being open to visitors (about 6), there were two meetings. The first one (General Museum Committee) drew 11 committee members. The Bicentennial Exhibit reception for Feb. 21 (6-8 PM) and Flea Market/Book Sale/ Bake Sale Museum fundraiser were set for Feb. 23. (10-3 PM). More details will be worked out at the next General Museum Meeting on Sat. January 26th at 1:00 PM. More help is still needed to ensure the success of these two events.

The second meeting was the Women's Heritage Committee, which is working on a Women's Heritage Trail Guide and a temporary exhibition that will open on May 29. This meeting drew 13 participants. The next meeting will be on Sat. Feb. 9 at 2:00 PM at the museum.
